Horses Health:

By law you are required to travel your passport with your horse so please bring this with you. Please ensure that your vaccinations and worming programme are up to date. If your horse shows any signs of being unwell (high temperature, snotty nose etc) prior to camp please be responsible and do not put others at risk of infection.

Timetable:

On arrival on Saturday approximately 8.00am (unless arriving Friday evening), you will be shown to your horses stable so that you are able to get them settled before introductions, briefing and tea at 8.30am in The Bothy.

During this time you will be allocated your group, a, b, or c and given times when you will be riding. Please note these groups are based on the information filled out on the forms and may be subject to change. The groups are not an indication of level but of compatibility between horses and riders.

The first ride will begin at 9.15am, this will be a flatwork session. During the day there will be plenty of time to sort your stable, unpack, put up your tent and get organised. Each day there will be a lesson in the morning, lunch, a lesson in the afternoon and then an additional activity.

You will be finished on Sunday afternoon at approximately 16.45

Please note you will be expected to remove all bedding from your stable and sweep the floor.  We would ask that you keep the stables and bothy tidy. Thank you for your help with this.
